Latest update on Renault Zoe

Renault showcased the KZ-E EV for the Indian market and the soon will be launched soon. The ZOE EV is uncertain of its launch but the same has been spied testing in the Indian market a while back. It was the pre-lift model with smaller battery pack, however, the facelift model that is now available in the international markets gets a bigger battery pack along with more driving range.

Powertrain

The current model of the Renault ZOE EV gets a 52kWh Lithium-ion battery pack that generates as much as 133 bhp of power with a peak torque of 245 Nm. It has a claimed driving range of 395 km. This battery pack can be juiced from 0-80 % in just 70 minutes via the DC fast charger while the regular AC unit takes about 9-10 hours.
