Last Updated On 30th Nov'23:Volvo Cars India has ceased production of its base-level Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) SUV, the XC40, in the Indian market. The model has been delisted from the official website, signalling the discontinuation of the XC40 Mild Hybrid in this market.

Volvo XC40 Recharge Price: Volvo XC40 Recharge price is Rs. 56.90 Lakh. It is available in a single variant known as P8 AWD.

Engine & Transmission: The Volvo XC40 Recharge is equipped with a dual synchronous motor with a permanent magnet that delivers 402 bhp. This electric vehicle boasts 4 cylinders and generates a torque of 660 Nm. Operating solely on electric power, it utilizes an automatic transmission and features all-wheel drive (AWD). It complies with BS VI emission norms. The car is powered by a high-capacity 78 kWh battery.

Performance & Drivetrain: The XC40 Recharge has a maximum speed of 180 kmph. This Volvo car provides a range of 418 km per charge. Charging time is 7 to 8 hours, and Fast charging is supported.

Body & Suspension: The front suspension consists of a MacPherson strut, coil springs, hydraulic shock absorbers, and a stabilizer bar.
