Oppo F5 has a height of 156.5mm and a width of 76mm. It is just 7.5mm sleek and provides comfortable grip to the users. It is as light as a feather and weighs just 152g. It is available in Gold and Black color for the 4GB model and in  Red and Black for the 6GB model. Oppo F5 has a massive 15.24cm capacitive multi-touch screen which delivers a brilliant resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels (FHD+).

Oppo F5 has a furiously fast processor of MediaTek Helio P23 and is also equipped with an ARM Mali G71 GPU. The smartphone is available in two variants, the first one supports 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage and the second one has 6GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage. Its dedicated microSD card slot allows an expandable memory of up to 256GB. It operates on ColorOS 3.2, based on Android 7.1.
