Step 1: Open the Reliance Jio website and click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
Step 2: To sign in to your My Jio account, enter your Email ID and password linked with your Jio Account.
Step 3: Click on the blue-colored ‘Settings’ icon (cogwheel).
Step 4: To expand the section, click Suspend and Resume.
Step 5: State a reason why you want to suspend the service.

Step 1: You need to call 1800 88 99999.
Step 2: To connect with the customer care executive, follow the instruction.
Step 3: Provide them with the essential reason along with the details. They will block the Jio SIM.
How To Block Jio SIM Via Customer Care Number?
Contact the JioCare helpline for free by dialing 199 from your Jio SIM or 1800 88 99999 from any other number. They’ll disable your SIM to prevent misuse. They also accept emails at care@jio.com. You can disable your Jio SIM this way, protecting yourself against scams and preventing anyone else from using it.
How To Get The Same Jio Mobile Number?
