Search For Older Messages Using Date
WhatsApp currently allows users to search for any chat using a specific word or sentence. This might not be the best way to search through a pile of texts where words are repeated throughout the conversations. The upcoming Search feature will make it easy to find messages if you remember the date. WhatsApp is testing this new option that will allow users to directly enter the date and search for a specific message. The timeline for its release is 2023.
