Bajaj revived its iconic two-wheeler scooter Chetak recently in the Indian market. This time the legendary scooter came in a futuristic avatar powered by an electric motor and a revamped design. The company has now launched a new high-end variant of the Chetak electric scooter. The Bajaj Chetak 2023 variant has received design, color, and range updates. In terms of powertrain, the Bajaj Chetak 2023 electric scooter features almost a similar setup as the existing models. This new top-end variant of the Chetak electric scooter is powered by a 3.8kW electric motor. The battery capacity powering this premium range electric scooter is a 3kWh module. This electric scooter’s battery setup is IP67 certified for water resistance. All of this is available with the current-generation Chetak electric scooter.
The Bajaj Chetak 2023 electric scooter can deliver a peak torque of 16nm and attain a top speed of up to 95 kmph. As for the riding range, the new electric scooter’s battery has been optimized to deliver a 20 percent performance boost and a range of 108km. The Chetak electric scooter offers multiple driving modes including Eco and Sports. It also features a reverse parking mode.

The metallic body, disc brakes, and telescopic suspensions are also included. The latest electric scooter gets a new paint scheme and improved seats. Furthermore, a bigger digital instrument cluster is also a part of the design revamp with the Chetak 2023 electric scooter edition. The seats now get a dual-tone finish and the headlamp casings get a Charcoal black finish. The design overhaul is the primary highlight of the Chetak 2023 electric scooter.

Bajaj Chetak 2023 Electric Scooter Price In India
The Bajaj Chetak 2023 electric scooter called the Premium 2023 Edition trim level is priced at Rs. 1.21 lakh (ex showroom). This is lower than the Rs. 1.51 lakh price tag of the Premium 2023 Edition variant. The color options announced include Matte Coarse Grey, Matter Caribbean Blue, and Satin Black.
