Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series is consistently visiting the rumor mill since the last few months. The South Korean tech giant is apparently working on its most premium Android tablet series which will include the Galaxy S9+ and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. The latter has just stopped by the leaks factory with features such as a 2K AMOLED display and more. Here’s what all we know of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet:

Noted tipster Ice Universe has shared a tweet that details the Key specs of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet. According to the tweet, Samsung will be using a 14.6-inch AMOLED display on the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet. The screen size is the same as its predecessor, i.e., the Galaxy S8 Ultra. The dimensions will also be identical as the previous-gen model measuring at 208.6 x 326.4 x 5.5mm.
The display on the upcoming Samsung flagship phone will feature a WQXGA+ screen resolution of 1848 x 2960 pixels. Furthermore, the leak hints the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be using Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line mobile chipset, i.e., the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for performance delivery.

The presence of this Snapdragon processor will make the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra the most powerful Android tablet globally. Just for reference, Samsung has introduced its top-of-the-line Galaxy S23 smartphone series with this same mobile processor.
The SD 8 Gen 2 SoC on the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be clubbed with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM. With this, the upcoming Samsung tablet will give a premium multitasking and overall user experience. The tipster has not revealed the storage configuration of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. But considering it will be the most premium Android tablet we can expect the company to offer 256GB or 512GB onboard storage options.
The additional details tipped for the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra includes a mammoth 11,200 mAh battery unit and a 45W fast charging support. However, it is currently uncertain of Samsung will be shipping this unit with the power brick or not.

The exact launch timeline or availability of the Galaxy S9 tablet series is not announced as of now by Samsung. However, online reports suggest the availability in the second half of 2023.
