On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 features a Dynamic AMOLED 2X foldable display with a resolution of 1812 x 2176 pixels and a size of 7.6 inches when unfolded, and 6.2 inches when folded.
Both phones have a 120Hz refresh rate, which results in smoother animations and transitions. The Tecno Phantom V Fold-OS is an Android 13 smartphone with HiOS 13 Fold, featuring a Mediatek Dimensity 9000+ (4 nm) chipset processor paired with upto 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G710 MC10 GPU.
In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 has an Android 12L operating system, upgradable to Android 13, One UI 5.1, powered by a Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4 nm) chipset with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 730 GPU paired with upto 12GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
In terms of battery, the Tecno Phantom V Fold has a larger capacity than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 with 5000 mAh compared to 4400 mAh. Additionally, the Tecno Phantom V Fold boasts a faster charging speed with a 45W wired charger, capable of charging up to 40% in just 15 minutes and 100% in 55 minutes.
In contrast, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 only supports a 25W wired charger and takes 30 minutes to charge up to 50%. However, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging, features that are not available on the Tecno Phantom V Fold.
