The Pixel 7a is expected to feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, providing a smooth and immersive visual experience. The device is powered by Google’s in-house Tensor G2 chipset, the same one that powers the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.
The smartphone comes packed with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of onboard storage along with UFS 3.1, providing plenty of space for all your apps and files. The device sports a 64MP rear camera with OIS and a 12MP ultra-wide camera, while the front camera is expected to house a 10.8MP sensor.
Battery life is also expected to be a strong point for the Pixel 7a, with the 4,400mAh battery claimed to provide up to 72 hours of backup. The device supports 20W wired charging and wireless charging, giving users plenty of options for keeping their device powered up. On the software front, the Pixel 7a will run Android 13 out-of-the-box, offering the latest features and improvements.

Google Pixel 7a: Price and Launch
While we know the specifications of the device, we are still in the dark about the price of the Pixel 7a. However, given that it is expected to be a mid-range device, we can expect it to be priced competitively against other mid-range smartphones in the market.
The Pixel 7a is expected to be launched on May 10th at the Google I/O developers conference. The device is expected to come in three colour options of Blue, Grey, and White, and is likely to feature a similar design as its predecessor, the Pixel 6a, with a punch-hole camera at the top-centre of the display.
