TVS is one of the major players in the two wheeler automobile industry in India. The company is also building up a strong portfolio in the electric two wheeler market and is ready to launch another new model in the country. The next electric scooter from TVS is rumored to be one of the concepts that the brand showcased during the Auto Expo 2023. Here’s everything you need to know of the upcoming TVS electric scooter in India:
TVS Creon/ Entorq Officially Teased?
The official teaser video giving a glimpse of the upcoming electric scooter has been shared by TVS on its official YouTube channel. The short teaser video teases the first look of the new TVS electric scooter which is a per the rumors could be the Creon-based variant that TVS first showcased at the Auto Expo 2018. While there is no authentic source that confirms the debut of the TVS Creon in India, some other reports also hints it to be Entorq electric scooter model.
Unless, TVS itself confirms the moniker, it will be difficult to guess which electric scooter variant TVS is bringing next in the country. That said, TVS is said to launch the new Creon/ Entorq electric scooter in next month in the country. Notably, TVS is hosting an official launch event on 23 August, 2023 in Dubai where it is expected to launch its new-generation electric scooter. It would be interesting to see if the same electric scooter is being teased for India launch as well.
The teaser comes a few weeks before the two-wheeler makes its debut at a media event in Dubai on 23 August 2023. It gives us a glimpse into the design of the scooter’s front fascia including the apron, headlight and indicators. The teaser vaguely reveals the vertical headlight unit which looks somewhat familiar to the Creon e-scooter concept.

TVS Creon Electric Scooter Expected Powertrain
Not much has been revealed in terms of powertrain. But the official teaser shows a glimpse of the fascia featuring a vertical headlight design. This is an identical feature to the Creon concept electric scooter which TVS had showcased back in 2018 and what makes us believe the upcoming model could be none other than a Creon-based model. We still are waiting for more details to emerge on the new TVS electric scooter and will keep you posted with the details.
