Google Remove Some Features KaiOS
It is worth noting that KaiOS that comes with JioPhone has recently lost some of the important features. For the unaware, the platform has stopped providing Virtual Assistant features from Google, which means JioPhone users are not allowed to call and message via voice commands.
Notably, users can call and send the message manually. “Due to recent changes implemented by Google, feature phones running on KaiOS will experience limited functionality with Google Assistant. Calling and sending SMS messages to your contacts using Google Assistant is no longer supported. Other Google Assistant features currently work as normal,” the company said.
