As the launch’s approaching, Hyundai Creta electric is rapidly getting snapped in the form of test mules. A new snapshot of the Creta EV’s heavily camo-wrapped test unit has emerged once again ahead of its 2025 debut. The latest spy shots reveals some new details of the Creta EV’s exteriors. Hyundai Creta EV Test Mule Spotted Again: New Insights Here
The Creta EV has been snapped during its test run once again. The spy shots have been grabbed somewhere near Delhi likely during a routine testing. Like most of the previous test mule snapshots, the latest one also shows the test unit camo-wrapped. The test mule images have revealed some new insights relating to the exteriors while confirming some of the previously revealed details.
The exteriors of the Creta EV gets stark resemblance to the Creta ICE facelift version. The same has been highlighted multiple times with the previous leaks. The outer design elements highlighted with the new test mule images includes a high-mounted stomp lamp and connected tail-lamp setup. The images also shows the roof-mounted shark-fin antenna at the rear which is same the ICE version.
While the exteriors of the Creta electric and the ICE are identical, the former will be getting some EV-specific elements in design. We might see an updated front-grille design and also the charging port at the front. This new leak hasn’t showcased the interiors. But just like the exteriors, the Creta EV is also said to share the interiors with the ICE variant.

Creta EV Performance
Re-collecting the leaks an rumors, the Creta EV is expected to come equipped with a 55- 60 kWh battery option (for the higher trims). The low-end models of the Creta EV could feature a smaller 45 kWh battery. Hyundai is expected to showcase the Creta electric’s production-ready unit at the 2025 Bharat Global Mobility show and could share more information during the event.
