Ola Adds Live-Tracking Feature To Mobile App
Ola’s electric scooter range, i.e., the S1 series comes with advanced digital instrument cluster which has mobile app compatibility. Now, the mobile app has just receive an update which adds the highly-demanded live tracking status.

Ola Electric’s CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal has shared a post on microblogging website X announcing the arrival of the live service track feature. The mobile app will display all the live status right from the e-scooter’s check-in at the service centre to the repair updates and exit.
How Does It Resolve The Ongoing Issues With Servicing?
Besides showing the live updates of the service, this update doesn’t really pace up the repair process. The increasing customer complaints require a solid and reliable after sale service infrastructure. Ola needs to strengthen its after sales service experience by providing permanent and quick resolution to the customers.
