Samsung us bringing two new 5G smartphones under its Galaxy M series in India soon. The upcoming handsets tipped by the rumor mill for the Indian market are the Galaxy M33 5G and the Galaxy M53 5G. The former is expected to get official next month, while the latter is said to go official this month itself. Ahead of the rumored India launch, the pricing details, as well as features, have been made detailed online.
Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, Galaxy M53 5G India Launch Confirmed
The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is said to be announced by the first week of April in India. The exact date is not announced just yet but the rumored timeline is for next month. As per the leaks, the upcoming Galaxy M series phone will be priced under Rs. 20,000 segment in the country. It seems that Samsung is planning to flood the budget 5G smartphone segment in the country with multiple new devices.
In addition to the Galaxy M33 5G, Samsung is also said to introduce the Galaxy M53 5G in India. It will be another mid-range phone by the South Korean giant which is expected to debut on March 27 in the country. The pricing details for this variant are at large. However, the company could keep the pricing under Rs. 25,000. That’s due to the fact that this handset will be placed above the Galaxy M33 5G in the spectrum.
Going by the leaks, the Galaxy M53 5G will be powered by the Dimensity 900 chipset combined with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB. It is also expected to come with up to 1TB expandable storage support. Both Galaxy M33 5G and the Galaxy M53 5G are said to feature Android 12 OS which will be topped with an OneUI custom interface. The imaging setup used by the Galaxy M53 5G will have a 108MP triple rear camera module and a 5,000 mAh battery with fast charging support.
