As per some reports, the JioPhone 5G specifications, the upcoming device is likely to have a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel along with a 1,600 x 720-pixel resolution. Besides, the device will have a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
The device is likely to have an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G processor that is paired with Adreno 619 GPU and will have 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. On the software front, the Jio Phone 5G is likely to have Android 11 OS out of the box along with Google Play Services and the Jio Digital Suite of apps.
The upcoming smartphone is likely to have a customized version of Andriod 11 OS. Besides, the device is expected to have instant translation via Google Lens, always-on Google Assistant, read-aloud text and Google Translate, and support for various Indic languages. Moreover, the device will have N3, N5, N28, N40, and N78 6G bands.

On the optics front, the device will have a 13MP camera and a 2MP macro sensor. The front panel is expected to support an 8MP camera, whereas the back camera can shoot 1080p videos at 60fps. In addition, the device will have a 5,000mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support and a Type-C charging port. Besides, the JioPhone 5G smartphone will have side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
