OPPO is bringing the latest Reno8 series to the global shelves in the coming months. The Chinese tech giant has already launched three models including the Reno8 Pro, Reno8 Pro+, and the standard Reno8 in its home country China and as per the leaks the global and India launch is slated for July. The Reno Pro global model recently made sightings at the benchmark website Geekbench. Now, its India availability has been tipped once again online.

Tipster Yogesh Brar has revealed the upcoming launch timeline for the Reno8 Pro. According to the tweet shared by the leakster, the Reno 8 Pro will be arriving sometime in mid-July in the Indian market. The tipster only mentions of the Reno8 Pro with MarisiliconX heading to the country.

In addition to the Pro model, OPPO will also be bringing the vanilla Reno8 to the Indian shores. There is no word on the Reno8 Pro+ models’ availability as of now. We are not updated with the Reno8 series official India pricing. But if we go by the speculations, the Reno8 Pro could be priced under Rs. 40,000, while the vanilla Reno8 might have a sub Rs. 35,000 price range.

OPPO Reno8 Pro, Vanilla Reno8 Expected India Specifications

The OPPO Reno8 Pro will be the high-end model in the upcoming Reno8 series which will use the MariSilicon X NPU and ship with Android 12 OS wrapped with ColorOS interface. It will be available with up to 12GB RAM and a 256GB native storage option. The Reno8 Pro will be flaunting a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with 1080P FHD+ resolution, HDR10+ certification, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Reno8 Pro will be launched with three rear cameras including a 50MP main lens, an ultrawide sensor (8MP), and a macro lens (2MP). The device will use a 32MP selfie snapper and offer an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometrics. The Reno8 Pro will be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery unit and will come with 80W fast charging support.

On the other hand, the standard Reno8 is expected with the same battery setup as the Pro model. However, it will be powered by the Dimensity 1300 chipset along with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The display panel will be AMOLED here as well but will support a lower 90Hz refresh rate.
