Ather Energy has launched a new servicing facility for the Indian consumers owing an Ather electric scooter. The latest announcement comes in the form of the ExpressCare service which is aimed to offer complete scooter services within a limited time frame. Ather ExpressCare services cab be availed by paring an additional premium starting at Rs. 125 in India. What is this new Ather ExpressCare service and what are the costs associated with it? Ather ExpressCare Quick Service: What Is It?
Ather’s latest ExpressCare is a service initiative wherein customers can get their respective electric scooters serviced within just 60 minutes. This means no waiting at the service station for long hours for servicing jobs.
Ather has further revealed that in the ExpressCare servicing, two skilled Ather technicians will be employed to service a single electric scooter. The 60 minute timeframe to completely service an electric scooter is significantly lower than the standard durations. Besides, this would be first of its kind move by an electric two wheeler brand to improve servicing experience for the customers.
Ather has also added that despite cutting down on the servicing time, there wouldn’t be any compromises when it comes to the quality of the work done. This is the reason the brand would push additional workforce for a single electric scooter’s service.

Ather ExpressCare Service: Premium Cost
The Ather ExpressCare quick servicing facility can be availed by all Ather electric scooter owners. The cost associated with it isn’t high. Ather is offering the ExpressCare services starting at Rs. 125 with the maximum amount going to up to Rs. 150.

Ather ExpressCare Service Centre Locations
The Ather ExpressCare service facility has been made available across 11 different cities in India. Customers will be able to use ExpressCare services at 20 different service stations across these cities in the country. Approximately 50 more Ather ExpressCare service centers are said to be launched by March 2024. These numbers are said to be increased to up to 156 in the comings months across multiple Indian cities.
