Samsung Galaxy A22 5G Pros and Cons

PROS

Typical Samsung Design – The new Samsung Galaxy A22 5G looks like a typical Samsung device and that’s actually a good thing. The new Galaxy A22 5G is available in three colour shades – Grey, Mint and Violet.

Powerful SoC – The recently launched Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset coupled with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and it is a powerful SoC for mid-range smartphones.

Massive Battery – The Galaxy A22 5G packs a massive 5000mAh battery and it is more than enough to last a day for most users.

CONS

No AMOLED Display – Samsung now offers its immersive Super AMOLED displays in smartphones which cost much less than the Galaxy A22 5G. However, sadly the Galaxy A22 5G gets a regular IPS LCD panel.

Decent Cameras – The cameras of the new Galaxy A22 5G aren’t the best, considering the asking price. It features a 48 MP primary camera which is coupled with a 5 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP depth shooter. At the front, it gets an 8 MP camera for selfies and videos.

TikTok Coming To India Soon As ‘TickTock’? Here Is Everything You Need To Know About It

Just a few months ago, TikTok was one of the most popular short video-sharing platforms in India. TikTok was originally launched in India as Musical.ly in the year 2017. It was renamed as TikTok in the year 2018. However, TikTok was banned in India in June 2020 along with several other Chinese apps. But, it seems that TikTok is now finally coming back to India again albeit with a new identity. Check out all the details.

TickTock Trademarked in India – Coming Soon?

ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok, has recently filed a trademark for the name TickTock in India. The trademark application can be viewed on the Public Search of Trademarks website which is a part of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and it operates under the Government of India.

The trademark application for TickTock was filed very recently on July 6, 2021, and has not been accepted yet. The trademark application has been currently marked for the exam. However, ByteDance’s trademark application for TickTock name hints that the company is planning to make a comeback soon.

Can TikTok Become The Content King Again?

ByteDance has been trying hard to make a comeback in the Indian market. At the time of its ban in June 2020, TikTok had around 2 Crore users in the country. But now, most of those users have switched to other short video-sharing platforms like MX TakaTak, Moj app, etc. In fact, Instagram Reels is now very popular in India and in case, TikTok makes a comeback, we believe, its road to success won’t be so easy.

This series also includes the Redmi Note 10Note 10SNote 10 Pro & the Note 10 Pro Max. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T 5G is Redmi’s first 5G smartphone in India and in this article, we have shared its Pros and Cons.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T 5G Pros and Cons

PROS

Classy Design and Colour Shades – The new Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T, like all other Redmi Note 10 series smartphones, looks amazing and has a premium appeal. The smartphone is even offered in four stunning colour shades. They are Graphite Black, Chromium White, Mint Green and Metallic Blue.

Powerful 5G Processor – The Redmi Note 10T 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset coupled with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. This SoC is built on a 7 Nm architecture and supports 5G mobile networks too. Also, it is a very powerful processor for mid-range smartphones.

Smooth 90 Hz Display – The new Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 90Hz high refresh rate system. Also, it has a peak brightness level of 1100 nits.

Big Battery with Fast Charging – The recently launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T 5G packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and the fast charger of the smartphone is bundled inside the retail box.

CONS

Build Quality – Just like most budget and mid-range smartphones these days, the back panel of the Redmi Note 10T 5G is made up of plastic. While it is a good quality plastic panel, the glass back would have been certainly even better in upscaling its premium quotient.

Decent Cameras – The new Redmi Note 10T 5G features triple cameras at the rear. The primary sensor is a 48 MP shooter. It also gets a 2 MP depth sensor and a 2 MP macro camera. Re-Badged Poco M3 Pro – The new Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T 5G is a re-badged Poco M3 Pro 5G and they are completely identical to each other and are available even at the same price point. Xiaomi should have worked a bit on differentiating these smartphones from each other.

4G Rivals Offer Better Value – The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T 5G is a very good 5G smartphone on a budget. However, its 4G rivals like the Redmi Note 10S, Realme 8, etc. still offer better value for your money.

What is Pegasus Spyware – All You Need To Know About It; Latest Hack List in India & Other Details

Pegasus Spyware – you must have heard this name as it has been doing the rounds on the internet since the past few days. Now, in case you are wondering what is it, how does it work and is your smartphone too in danger? Fret not, as in this article, we will be sharing with you all the details about the Pegasus Spyware.

What is Pegasus Spyware?

Pegasus Spyware is malicious software that has been created by Israel-based cyber intelligence firm NSO Group. NSO is an acronym based on the names of the group’s founders – Niv Carmi, Shalev Hulio and Omri Lavie. It is used to hack smartphones and other devices to gather data and serve it to third-party sources. NSO Group, however, claims that it only sells the spyware to “vetted and legitimate government agencies.”

NSO Group was founded way back on January 25, 2010, and on the creation of this malicious software, the company claims that their motive was to ‘develop best-in-class technology to help the government agencies detect and prevent terrorism and crime’. However, it is very dangerous as it is designed to gain access to your device & personal information and you won’t even know that your device has been hacked.

How Does It Hack Your Smartphone?

The Pegasus Spyware is one of the most sophisticated hacking tools in the world. As we have once already mentioned before, it is so seamless that the smartphone user won’t even come to know that his/her device has been hacked. It is capable of hacking both iPhones as well as Android smartphones via security bugs & software loopholes. Once your smartphone is hacked, it can steal information like passwords, messages, voice calls, contacts etc. It can even spy using the phone’s camera, microphone & use GPS to track location.

Should You Be Worried About It?

The answer is both Yes and No. As NSO Group claims that they don’t hack and sell your vital information to third-party sources, you shouldn’t actually worry about it. But the same group also says that they only sell the spyware to “vetted and legitimate government agencies.” So if the Indian government wants to spy on you, they can easily do. As per reports, even encrypted chats on WhatsApp are accessible to Pegasus.
