The next flagship phone from OnePlus is expected to be the OnePlus 12 5G. Tipster Yogesh Brar has shared insight related to the OnePlus 12 5G spec sheet via his official Twitter handle.

Starting with the screen, the OnePlus 12 5G as per the tipster will be featuring an OLED display. The screen size of the next-gen OnePlus flagship will measure 6.7 inches and will support a QHD resolution. The tipster also notes a 120Gz refresh rate which the brand has used with the current-generation OnePlus 11 5G as well.

Coming to the processor, the OnePlus 12 5G is said to run on the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Qualcomm is also gearing up to launch this premium mobile chipset soon and we assume the OnePlus 12 5G would be amongst the first few smartphones to be driven by this chipset. Unfortunately, the tipster has not specified the RAM and storage capacity that will be packed inside the OnePlus 12 5G.

Speaking of the camera optics, the OnePlus 12 5G will get some major upgrades in this segment. According to the latest leak, OnePlus will use a 50MP main camera sensor combined with a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP periscope sensor with the OnePlus 12 5G.

It isn’t clear if the camera hardware will be co-engineered with Hasselblad as has been the case with the previous-gen OnePlus flagships. The details related to the selfie camera sensor are not revealed but the leak hints a 5,000 mAh battery unit powering the OnePlus 12 5G. The fast charging support will be the same as the OnePlus 11 5G, i.e., 100W.

It is worth adding that the OnePlus 12 5G’s spec-sheet tipped isn’t authenticated by OnePlus or any other company official. Therefore, taking this information as a pinch of salt would be advised.
