To Request the Permanent Deletion of your Account:

  • Go to the Delete Your Account page from a mobile browser or computer. If you are not logged into Instagram on the web, you will be asked to log in first. You can not delete your account from within the Instagram app as we have already mentioned before.
  • After logging in, select an option from the dropdown menu next to Why are you deleting your account? and re-enter your password.
  • Now, choose an option stating why you want to delete your Instagram account and those options are seeing too many ads, Privacy concerns, Concerned about my data, Created a second account, Trouble getting started, Want to remove something, Can’t find people to follow. etc.
  • Once you have selected a reason from the dropdown menu, the option to permanently delete your Instagram account will appear on your screen.
  • Click or tap Delete [your Instagram account’s username] and it’s finally done.

Please do note that after 30 days of your account deletion request, your Instagram account and all your information will be permanently deleted. Now, Paytm has gone a step further ahead by adding a much-awaited feature to the Vaccine Finder service. How To Book Vaccine Slot on Paytm

  • Step 1 – In case you don’t have Paytm on your smartphone, install it from Google Playstore and create a new account.
  • Step 2 – In case you already have it, then open the Paytm app, scroll down to the ‘Featured’ section and click on ‘Vaccine Finder’.
  • Step 3 – You can now see a window to find an available COVID vaccination slot. Now, enter your PIN Code (or state and district name) and your age to find the slots for the first dose or the second dose. Once you have entered those details, click on ‘Check availability.’
  • Step 4 – Paytm ask you to enter your mobile number to book the COVID vaccination appointment and once you enter the mobile number, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) on it. Type the OTP and click on ‘Submit.’
  • Step 5 – Paytm will now show you a list of available COVID vaccination slots. You can select a slot at the desired vaccination centre for a specific date and a timeslot of your choice.
  • Step 6 – Finally, select the person from the list of beneficiaries for whom you are booking the COVID vaccination slot and click on ‘Schedule Now’ and it’s done.

Once you book the COVID vaccination slot, you will get a message (SMS) on the registered mobile number confirming that an appointment for the vaccine has been booked on so and so date and time. Twitter has issued new guidelines for the verification process. According to the new verification process, the Twitter users who can apply for the blue tick should fall under one of the following six categories. The categories are Government; Companies, Brands, and Organisations; News Organisations and Journalists; Entertainment; Sports and Gaming; Activists, Organisers, and other Influential Individuals.

In addition to this, the company also clarified that only being a part of these categories won’t get users the blue tick. The account needs to have a profile name and picture along with a confirmed email address or a phone number. Twitter account must also be authentic, notable and should be active in the last six months. Also, the already verified accounts that repeatedly violate Twitter Rules might get their blue tick removed.

Step by Step Process for Verification

According to Twitter, this feature is being rolled out gradually and so the users will start seeing the new verification application directly in their Account Settings tab in the next few weeks. Twitter will enable the application process through Account Settings on both the Twitter mobile app as well as the web version.

  • Open the Twitter app on your mobile and from the left drop-down menu, click on Settings and Privacy
  • In the Twitter web version, click on the […] More icon, then click on the Settings and Privacy option.
  • Next, click on Your Account, then tap on the Account information menu, enter your password and tap on the Verification Request.
  • The user can tap on Start Request if he or she belongs to the six eligible categories and then submit their request.
  • To be verified on Twitter, the user will have to submit a government-issued identity document along with other required details and click on Submit option.
  • Once the application is submitted, the user will receive an email confirmation from Twitter.
  • If the application gets approved, the blue tick will start appearing on the account in a few days/weeks.
  • If the application gets rejected, the user can re-apply after 30 days.

Please do note that the Twitter verification process might take some time as each eligible application will be reviewed by a human. These days, whenever we talk about social media platforms, most of them are covered and supported by Facebook, the giant billionaire company. All the top social platforms like – Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook are under just one company. 

After the social chat and feeding photos media platform, they are now thinking of going wider by including more other application features. In other words, Facebook is working on building a video dating application. 

As per the announcement, the new speed dating application, namely – Sparked, is developing by Facebook’s NPE internal team. This team created NPE apps that are just experiments on the products to change the primary subject.

Facebook claimed that their new dating app is different from every other present dating application in the market. The homepage of the Sparked dating app says that it is a video dating application. The app is absolutely free to use, and there will be no DMs, swiping, and public profiles in the app.

As per one of the reports by Verge, it is stated that the Sparked application apparently filters people through active video dates within the last four minutes. At this moment, it is not clear that per person how many dates they can attend per event. However, the app’s documentation says that if both daters have a great time together, both he and she can reschedule the 10-minutes date.

And now the best part comes. When both daters feel okay for each other after the second date, the application automatically suggests both users exchange their contact and personal information to actively keep in touch and to move forward with their relationship.

Procedure for creating an account on Sparked

Shockingly, the report also added the information that relatively, it is not easy to create an account for all users. Facebook chooses the unique way to create an account on Sparked. In the first step, the user has to answer the question of what makes the user be a good dater? After submitting the response, the system will be reviewed, and then the only user will get permission to enter in the speed dating application. The app mentioned that the submitted answer would be scanned and reviewed by humans. Isn’t it unique and great!

Users also will face the option of whether they wanted to date a male, female or transgender person while creating an account.

Unfortunately, the application has not yet revealed how it will keep users’ data secure and provide safety for app users. Moreover, they also have not mentioned the details about how both daters will be matched.

The statement by the Verge also said that 47 people are signed into the system from Chicago. It is also not mentioned whether they have to login via a web portal or compulsory have to download the application on mobile. But, still, people are crazy about this and waiting to use it.
