Reliance Jio has announced the launch of the JioFiber Double Festival Bonanza for users who are buying new JioFiber connections. This offer is for a limited period, it is available to new buyers, and choose one plan between the two plans that are listed in the offer.

JioFiber Double Festival Bonanza: Details

Reliance Jio has launched two plans under the JioFiber Double Festival Bonanza offer, which are priced at Rs. 599 and Rs. 899 per month. Notably, these plans are available for six months and Rs. 599 will cost you Rs. 3594, while Rs. 899 pack will cost you Rs. 5394 in total. Notably, these plans will be providing an offer from October 18 to October 28, 2022.

The company said that the Bonanza offers users and eligible users of two plans will get more benefits, including 100 percent value back along with 15 days’ validity. Besides, these plans will get 100 percent value back without 15 days’ extra validity.

Reliance Jio Rs 599: Check Offers And Validity 

The Rs. 599 offers access to 14 OTT platforms and 550+ on-demand channels. In addition, users will get Rs. 1,000 vouchers for the AJIO, and Rs. 1,000 vouchers for Reliance Digital. In addition, the company is providing Rs. 1,500 vouchers for IXIGO and Rs. 1,000 vouchers for NetMeds. This pack is valid for up to 15 days and six months’ plan period.

Reliance Jio Rs. 899: Check Offers And Validity 

The Rs. 899 plan of Jio offers 14 OTT platforms and 550+ on-demand channels. Besides, users will get Rs. 2,000 vouchers for AJIO, Rs. 1,000 vouchers for NetMeds, Rs. 1,000 vouchers for Reliance Digital, and Rs. 3,000 vouchers for IXIGO. Similarly, this plan is also available for 15 days to six months’ period. 

Airtel and Reliance Jio are providing 5G services in select cities. In fact, both telecom operators have announced the name of all cities where 5G is available. Meanwhile, Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said that the 5G services will be available in Odisha by March 2023.

“In the first phase, four-five cities of Odisha will get 5G services by March 2023, and by the end of next year, around 80 percent area of the state will be covered,” he said.

He said that 5G services will be launched in 200 cities under the first phase and a few major cities of Odisha will get the services by the end of March 2023. Under the second phase, 80 percent of the state will get high-speed internet speed, he further informed.

It is worth noting that Jio is providing 5G services in Delhi, Mumbai, Varanasi, and Kolkata. On the other hand, Airtel True 5G is offering services in eight cities, including, Siliguri, Nagpur, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Varanasi.

In the first phase, 13 major cities will have the 5G services, including Jamnagar, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Pune, Delhi, Ahmadabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

5G Services Launched: Details

For the unaware, the 5G services has been launched by PM Modi on October 1st at the India Mobile Congress event. The 5G services are expected to offer ultra-high speed, low latency, network efficiency, and highly reliable communication.

After announcing the rollout of the 5G services in eight cities, Airtel has launched 5G Plus services starting on October 6th, 2022. Notably, India’s second-largest telecom operator Airtel is providing its 5G services in  Hyderabad, Siliguri, Nagpur, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Varanasi.

“Customers who have 5G smartphones will enjoy the high-speed Airtel 5G Plus on their existing data plans until the rollout is more widespread,” the company said.  The telecom company said that it will continue to roll out its 5G services in all cities in a phased manner. 

In addition, the telecom giant states that by the end of this year its 5G Plus services will be available in all metro cities in the country.  Besides, the company said that it will deploy its 5G services in all cities by March 2024.

“Our solution will therefore work on any 5G handset and the existing SIM that customers have. Our obsession with customer experience is now embellished with a 5G solution that is kinder to the environment, said Gopal Vittal, Managing Director & CEO, of Bharti Airtel. “Airtel 5G Plus is all set to redefine the way people communicate, live, work, connect and play for years to come,” Vittal added.

Airtel 5G Plus Service: Details

According to Airtel, 5G Plus offers three advantages for customers as it offers to speed up to 20 to 30 times higher than its existing 4G services. The company also highlighted that the 5G Plus network will be ‘kinder to the environment with its special power reduction solution’ that will provide high-end gaming, and video streaming, and it can upload videos along with photos.

Moreover, the second largest telecom operator in India mentioned on its official website said that 5G Plus will increase the available bandwidth, which will enable more devices to connect such as smart home solutions, location trackers, smart appliances, smart watches, and more.

Apart from Airtel 5G Plus services, Reliance Jio started a beta trial in Varanasi, Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. However, these services are based on invitation bases and the company said that it will provide speed up to 1 Gbps to all compatible devices.

Reliance Jio has finally announced that the beta trial of its 5G services will start from Dussehra (October 5th). The beta services will be available in four cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Varanasi.

The company also claims that 5G will provide speed up to 1Gbps. “The Beta trial service for other cities will be announced progressively as cities keep getting ready,” the company said. Furthermore, the company said that the Jio Welcome offer will be upgraded to the True 5G services for free, which means that you don’t have to pay an extra charge for the services. However, customers have to upgrade their SIM or device. This means customers should have a 5G device.

Airtel, India’s second-largest telecom operator has announced its 5G services in eight cities from today (October 1st, 2022). “I want to reiterate Jio’s commitment to deliver 5G to every town, every taluka, and every tehsil of our country by December 2023. Most of Jio’s 5G is developed in India, and hence carries the stamp of Atmanirbhar Bharat,” he said.

“India may have started a little late, but I want to assure all of you, we will finish first by rolling out 5G services across the length and breadth of India. And as an industry, we will ensure that we have the highest quality and the most affordable rates than anyone else has in the world,” he further added.

The much-awaited 5G services will be launched on Saturday (October 1st) at the India Mobile Congress show. The 5G services will be launched by PM Narendra Modi at the same event. Besides, Sunil Bharti Mittal, Mukesh Ambani, and Kumar Mangalam Birla are likely to be at the event.

For the unaware, the Department of Telecommunication received Rs. 1.56 lakh crore in the recently concluded 5G spectrum auction, where Reliance Jio emerged as the number one telecom brand in the spectrum auction.

Reliance Jio is planning to launch its 5G services by this year Diwali in several cities. “We plan to increase the Jio 5G footprint month after month. By December 2023, which is less than 18 months from today, we will deliver Jio 5G to every town, every taluka, and every tehsil of our country,” Reliance Industries (RIL) chairman Mukesh Ambani said.

Apart from Reliance Jio, India’s second-largest telecom operator Airtel will also launch the 5G services by the end of the next year. “By December, we should have coverage in key metros. After that, we will expand rapidly to cover the entire country,” said Gopal Vittal, the chief executive of the second largest telecom operator. Meanwhile, Vodafone-Idea has joined hands with two smartphone makers such as Vivo and OnePlus to drive 5G technology in the country.
