French automobile manufacturer Citroen has been active in the Indian market for a while now and introduced its crossover car C3 last year in the country. Soon after, the brand started teasing its first electric car for the Indian consumers called the eC3. The Citroen eC3 is essentially an all-electric version of the C3 crossover which now has been made available for pre-orders in India. Citroen eC3 Electric Car Pre-Booking Cost In India, Expected Availability
The Citroen eC3 electric car has gone up for pre-bookings in India. The company has confirmed that it has started accepting the pre-registrations of the new EV in the country. Furthermore, the brand is now taking bookings for both Citroen eC3 variants including Live and Feel. Interested buyers can pay a token amount of just Rs. 25,000 to successfully pre-book or pre-register the Citroen eC3 variant in the country.
If you wish to book the Citroen eC3 ahead of its official launch in India, you can visit Citroen’s official website and make the token payment of Rs. 25,000. Citroen is also taking eC3 bookings at the La Maison dealerships across the Indian market.
Citroen is yet to announce the exact availability date for the eC3 electric car. However, it is confirmed to be available starting next month in the country. Also, with the brand taking pre-orders, the deliveries can be expected to commence soon.

The Citroen eC3 as mentioned above is an all-electric variant of the C3 crossover. The entire design language remains identical to the standard C3. The only difference is the “e” badging which differentiates the eC3 from the ICE version of the Citroen C3 crossover. Inside the cabin too, the features and design remain the same including the 10.25-inch infotainment system with touchscreen and Apple Car Play and Android Auto support.
Moving on to the Citroen eC3 powertrain, the electric motor packed inside produces 57 PS peak power and 143 Nm peak torque. Citroen has used a 29.2Kwh battery pack inside the eC3 which is said to offer 320 km range. This electric car can reach a top speed of 107 kmph and accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in 6.8 seconds.
The Citroen eC3’s electric battery module is compatible with DC fast charging which can add charge from 0 to 80 percent in 57 minutes. If the eC3 electric car’s battery is charged using 15A power socket, it will get a complete refuel within 10.5 hours.
