The newly launched Qubo Gimbal comes with smart features like gesture control, face tracking, object tracking, dynamic zoom, panorama, slow motion, timelapse, 3-Axis stabilizer, and hyperlapse. In addition, you will find modes like sport, walk, horizontal, and portrait.
Moving to the design, the Qubo Handheld comes with a multifunction button along with a joystick on the front. You will find power, mode, Bluetooth indicator, zoom, LF (lock full), FPV (first-person view), HF (half follow), and AF (all follow) buttons. Besides, there is a charger port on the left side and a zoom button is placed on the right side.
The power level indicator is at the bottom while the shutter button is on the rear and the lanyard hole is situated on the bottom of the back. In addition, there is a Qubo branding on the gimbal. Also, a single press allows you to switch from horizontal to vertical, while the second press toggle between the photo and video modes, and the third press allows you to move the gimbal from front to rear.
It is worth noting that the joystick allows you to control the left, right, up, and down movement of the gimbal. The newly launched Qubo Handheld Gimbal is small, lightweight, compact, and easily fit in your pockets. It will be locked once you fold it and will not move in your pockets, which will prevent it from any damage whereas the 3-axis stabilizer enables you to access pans and tilt movements during shooting.
The Qubo handheld gimbal is compatible with all smartphones; however, you have to download the Qubo Pro app before using it and you have to fill out the registration. Now, you have to place the phone on the gimbal. The app allows you to access all modes, grid, grid diagonals, center point, face tracking, and object tracking.
In addition, you will find the joystick and camera settings in the settings options. The joystick settings allow you to control movement speeds like fast, medium, and slow. Besides, you will do pan reverse and tilt reverse. The camera setting enables you to record videos in UHD, FHD, HD, and SD resolution. Also, the gimbal can be used as a selfie and group selfie stick.
It does not support 4K resolution, which seems fine at this price point. However, you can use 480p, 720p, 1080p, and 2160p recording on the latest Android phones.
The newly launched Qubo Handheld gimbal comes with a 5V2A adapter and it can last for five hours under ideal usage with a single charge. Overall, the gimbal is a pocket-friendly deal for those buyers who are looking for a compact, lightweight, 3-axis stabilization, group selfie sticks, and want to take good shots easily.
