Delhi is gearing up to host the 18th G20 Heads of State and Government Summit, culminating a year of G20 processes and meetings. Immersing in Digital Public Infrastructure

One of the focal points of the 18th G20 Summit in New Delhi is the Digital India Experience Zone, designed to offer G20 delegates a hands-on encounter with India’s Digital Public Infrastructure and the nation’s accomplishments in digital transformation on a large scale.

Showcasing DPI Success Stories

To facilitate the exchange of insights and best practices regarding Digital Public Infrastructures within India, as well as to raise awareness among global stakeholders about scalable and replicable projects, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is establishing two cutting-edge Digital India Experience Zones in Hall 4 and Hall 14 at Pragati Maidan.

Seven Key Initiatives

The Digital India Experience Zone will feature seven key initiatives that exemplify the successful implementation of DPIs. These include Aadhaar, DigiLocker, UPI, eSanjeevani, DIKSHA, Bhashini, and ONDC. Visitors will be immersed in an interactive exhibition, gaining insights into India’s DPI repositories and their potential contributions to the global community.

The Expo’s Core Ethos

The overarching goal of the expo is to showcase world-class initiatives that promote ease of living, ease of doing business, and streamlined governance.

Interactive Learning Opportunities

Through live demonstrations of Aadhaar Face Authentication Software, attendees can engage with cutting-edge technology. Additionally, the UPI exhibit will allow visitors to explore the diverse applications of UPI worldwide, even enabling seamless transactions via QR codes.

Unlocking The Potential Of DigiLocker

Guests will have the opportunity to discover the practical utility of India’s DigiLocker, witnessing its role in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across various sectors, including education, finance, banking, travel, transport, real estate, legal, and judiciary.

Digital India’s Transformative Journey

As visitors embark on a journey through Digital India’s major milestones since 2014, they will witness the remarkable advancements in the digital realm through simulated virtual reality. The Digital Tree exhibit will unveil the core principles of DPIs and the evolution of Digital India initiatives.
