The Instinct 2X Solar and Instinct 2X Solar – Tactical Edition are two new smartwatches that Garmin has added to its Instinct line-up. These new wearables, according to the manufacturer, are “designed to thrive in extreme environments.” The cost of these tough outdoor smartwatches has also been disclosed by Garmin, and the company argues that this will make them “even more accessible to outdoor enthusiasts.” Smartwatches from the Garmin Instinct 2 series have features including Power Glass lenses that are scratch-resistant and water resistant up to 10 ATM. A long-lasting battery life in smartwatch mode is another feature of these watches that, according to the manufacturer, makes them “perfect for prolonged adventures.” Built to US military specifications (MIL-STD-810), these tough timepieces are “ready for any challenge,” according to the manufacturer.

Garmin Instinct 2X Solar Smartwatch: Specifications And Features
The analog-styled Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch has a 50 x 50 x 14.5 mm display with a 176 x 176-pixel resolution. The smartwatch can be charged with solar energy, which is said to have an endless battery life. The watch is said to have a battery life of up to 40 days in smartwatch mode and up to 60 hours in GPS mode without solar charging. The watch also has smart notifications that enable users to access emails, social media updates, text messages, and more.
Additionally, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity are supported by the new Garmin Instinct 2X Solar watch. The watch also has a number of security and health monitoring functions, including a women’s health tracker, sleep monitor, pulse oximeter, and wrist-based heart rate sensor. An incident detection capability is also available on the Instinct 2X Solar. The watch has a 10 ATM water-resistant rating. Additionally, it contains a multi-band GNSS sensor, an LED torch, and a skydiving-specific Jumpmaster Mode.

Garmin Instinct 2X Solar Tactical Edition Smartwatch: Specifications And Features
A 50 x 50 x 14.7 mm display and silicone band are included with the Garmin Instinct 2X Solar Tactical Edition smartwatch. The display has a transflective memory-in-pixel panel, is monochromatic, and is sunlight viewable. According to claims, the smartwatch has a battery life of up to 28 days when used as a smartwatch, up to 30 hours when GPS is activated, and up to 65 days when used as a power-saving watch. The watch’s dual position format, night vision compatibility, and ballistics calculator aid the user in long-range shooting. Apart from these watch has the same features as the Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch.
