Gogoro, the Taiwanese two-wheeler electric scooter manufacturer has launched a new electric bike for an all-terrain performance. The latest offering from the company is the CrossOver electric bike which will be an ideal ride for both city and long commutes. Here’s what the latest versatile electric scooter from Gogoro offers and when it will be available for sale in India:
Gogoro CrossOver Electric Bike Powertrain And Features
- Two different versions of the Gogoro CrossOver electric bike has been launched
- Models names are CrossOver and CrossOver S. Former is the base model and the latter is the high-end version.
- Gogoro CrossOver electric bike base model’s model delivers a peak power of 7.0kW
- The top-end Crossover S electric bike model can deliver a peak power of 7.6 kW
- Both CrossOver and the CrossOver S electric bike models are touted as two-wheeler SUV which if first of a kind in the two-wheeler electric bike segment
- Both Gogoro electric corssover bike are packed with G2.2 liquid cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)
- Peak torque offered by the Gogoro CrossOver electric bike model is 196 Nm @ 0-2,500rpm
- The high end CrossOver S electric bike model can deliver a peak torque of 206 Nm @ 0-2500rpm
- Riding range delivered by the Gogoro CrossOver electric bikes is up to 150 km per charge with an average speed of 30 kmph
- Gogoro CrossOver electric bikes have a ground clearance of 14.2 cm
- Suspension is handled by Dual telescopic fork at the front
- Rear suspension is handled by dual suspension module
- Braking handled by Hydraulic brake system with SBS (Synchronized breaking system)
- Features LED lights upfront
- Offers smart ride system
- Will come with a removable split passenger seat
- Also includes a luggage rack which can be accessed by removing the passenger seat

Gogoro CrossOver Electric Bike: When Will It Be Available For Purchase In India?
Gogoro hasn’t yet revealed the availability and price details of the newly launched CrossOver and CrossOver S electric bikes. But we are expecting some announcement in the coming days.
