Gogoro, the Korean automobile brand has finally launched its first all-terrain electric scooter in India. The Gogoro CrossOver which is touted as the two-wheeler SUV has finally arrived to the Indian shores with the same powerful internals as the international model. Design (Frame, Ground Clearance, Weight)
The Gogoro CrossOver electric scooter has been making headlines as the two-wheeler SUV. It features dual purpose design which is both rugged for all-terrain drives and also daily commutes. It seems that Gogoro is aiming to woo both personal and commercial vehicle segment with the launch of the CrossOver electric scooter.
Gogoro has constructed the CrossOver electric scooter on a steel tubular frame which makes the structure durable. The kerb weight of the CrossOver electric scooter is 126 kg. The all-terrain electric scooter has 176 mm ground clearance and a 1,400 mm wheelbase.
The headlamp projects out from the front apron and the electric scooter also has luggage rack. It also has an under seat storage space that will allow carrying extra loads.
Powertrain
Under the hood, the Gogoro CrossOver electric scooter is equipped with a 2.5 kW electric motor. It is a G2.2 liquid cooled PMSM electric motor that aids with delivering a powerful performance. This rugged electric scooter can easily take on tough terrains with ease.

Swappable Battery Pack
Just for reference, the Gogoro CrossOver electric scooter has been introduced in three different variants. The Gogoro CrossOver G250X is the model that is going up for sale in India soon. The remaining two models are called CrossOver S and CrossOver 50. Both these variants will be available for sale later in 2024.
That said, the Gogoro CrossOver G250X electric scooter is loaded with a 7kW battery pack, while the Gogoro CrossOver 50 and CrossOver S features a 5kW and 6.7kWh battery module respectively. The latest Gogoro electric scooter comes with dual swappable battery set weighing 10kg each.

Range And Top Speed
The Gogoro CrossOver electric scooter is said to offer 111km range on a single charge. Whereas, the top speed it attains is up to 60kmph.
Price In India
Gogoro hasn’t revealed the exact pricing of the CrossOver electric scooter. But as mentioned above, the CrossOver G250X will be made available for sale soon, while the remaining two models will mark their debut later in 2024.
