Google is just a few weeks away from hosting its annual developer conference, i.e., Google I/O 2023. The search giant has scheduled the I/O 2023 event on May 10 where it is rumored to launch the much-awaited Pixel tablet, Android 14 OS, and also the new version of Pixel Buds Pro that were first introduced back in 2022. The Google Pixel tablet has been paying visit to the rumor for a long now and with the approaching launch, more details are being revealed by the leaks and several certification portals. The Pixel tablet recently stopped by FCC database where its UWB fast charging tech was revealed. Now, a fresh leak has surfaced which gives fresh insight into the Pixel Tablet’s RAM and color options.

A new report by 9To5Google, the Google Pixel tablet will indeed be debuting with the custom Google Tensor G2 chipset. This same processor has been suggested to be the driving force for the Pixel tablet via past leaks and rumors. The Pixel tablet will be available with 8GB RAM configuration. It is uncertain if Google plans to launch the Pixel tablet with multiple RAM options.
The availability of dual storage options is tipped by the publication. However, how much storage would be offered by these two models in not known as of now. Rumors are rife that the Pixel tablet could be available with 128GB and 256GB storage options. Furthermore, the report also suggests that the Charging Speaker Dock will be included with both Pixel tablet variants.

The dock will take its charge via the pogo pins mounted at the back which will be powered using the barrel jack similar to that of the Nest Hub Max. Probabilities are Google could remove the USB Type-C charging power brick from the Pixel tablet’s retail box.
Additionally, 9To5Google also reveals the presence of a physical switch on the Pixel tablet that will control the microphone and camera. This switch is similar to the one available with Google Nest Hub smart speaker.
Lastly, the color option. Google has already showcased a green and beige color schemes of the Pixel tablet. But the latest report hints as many as four different color options will be launched. All the color variants of the Pixel tablet will feature a ‘nanoceramic finish’ which as per Google is nothing but textured finish with soft matte feel. That’s all the details that the fresh leak reveals related to the first Google tablet. The specifications and features are expected to surface ahead of the Google I/O 2023 event slated for 10th May 2023.
