Step 4: You have to choose options like all contact, contacts i have, and custom. After tapping on the notification, the contact info on the application will be updated.
Step 5: After that, you have to tap on the done option. Then, you have to restart the device to get the OTP from the application on your new number.
WhatsApp New Feature For Desktop Users
Apart from this feature, WhatsApp has launched a new feature for desktop users that will help users. The new feature will allow users to hide their last seen and display pictures from a few users.
The new privacy settings will allow users to choose My Contacts Except for the desktop and WhatsApp Web users. Notably, the feature will enable users to hide about section, profile pictures, and about section from the selected user, reports WABetaInfo. For the uninitiated, the current version allows users to set the status for all, nobody, and my contacts.
