With an aim to increase its user base, especially premium, fancy, and customized number holders, Vi (Vodafone-Idea) has launched a new initiative. Under this initiative, the company is providing SIM cards to the customer’s doorstep or their homes.
Vodafone-Idea has launched this facility for its users in Surat, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.
“Vi customers can choose an exclusive number based on their lucky number, date of birth or any other date that holds special significance in their life. Both prepaid and postpaid customers can get these premium numbers at their doorstep in the following cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Jaipur,” the telecom operator said. However, to get the SIM at your doorstep you should follow these steps.
Here Are Some Steps To Get Vodafone- Idea SIM At Your Doorstep
Step: Open the company website https://www.myvi.in/new-connection/vi-free-sim-home-delivery.
Step 2: Submit all details in the form like basic, including name, mobile number, pin code, street or building name, and flat house number to get the OTP so that request can be approved.
Step 3: After that, you will get the SIM at your doorstep.
Earlier, this facility was available for postpaid users, but now prepaid users can also ask for the same.
How To Get Vi Fancy Mobile Number
Step 1: To get the fancy number, you have to visit https://www.myvi.in/new-connection/choose-your-fancy-mobile-numbers-online.
Step 2: Then, click on the prepaid or the postpaid section.
Step 3: Enter the pin code along with your mobile number.
Step 4: Now, you will see some VIP fancy numbers on the screen. To get the same number and you can write three-digit of the number to get the same.
Step 5: After that, you have to enter the address to get the SIM at your doorstep.
Vi Launches New Prepaid Plans
Meanwhile, the company has launched new plans in the prepaid section. The plans are priced at Rs. 155, Rs. 239, Rs. 666, and Rs. 699. These plans come soon after the company increased the prices of its prepaid packs.
Coming to the benefits of Rs. 155 offers 1GB of data per day for 24 days, unlimited calling, and 300 messages. The Rs. 239 plan offers 1GB of data per day for 24 days along with unlimited calling, 100 messages per day. While Rs. 666 offers 1.5GB of data per day, unlimited calling, and more. Lastly, there is a pack of Rs. 699, where users will get 3GB of data per day along with unlimited calling for 56 days.
