Hyundai Motors India has just refreshed its premium EV in the country — the Ioniq 5. The compact electric crossover SUV is now released with a new exterior paint scheme. The latest variant of the Ioniq 5 carries the same price label as the remaining variants. Besides the exteriors, the Ioniq 5 EV’s new variant also has a newly designed cabin enhancing the ambience.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV New Variant: Cosmetic Upgrades Received
Earlier this month, Hyundai introduced the Ioniq 5 EV’s facelift model. Now, the company has launched a new color variant of the premium electric crossover SUV. The latest Titanium Gray shade of the Ioniq 5 not just boasts the exterior color upgrade but also has the interiors reworked.
In addition to the Titanium Grey, the Ioniq 5 is available in three more color options including Gravity Gold, Optic White, and Midnight Black. As mentioned above, interested Ioniq 5 customers will also get to select from dual interior color options. Amongst the available interior color options are Obsidian Black and Dark Pebble Grey.
Speaking of the prices, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV’s new color variant doesn’t reflect any price changes. This premium electric crossover SUV has a starting price range of Rs. 45.95 lakh in the Indian market. The latest Titanium Grey color variant of the Ioniq 5 is available for pre-booking at a token amount of Rs. 1 lakh in India.

Hyundai has designed the Ioniq 5 EV on its self-developed E-GMP platform. The premium electric crossover SUV features a single rear wheel drive motor generating 160 kW peak power and 350 Nm of peak torque. A 72.6 kWh battery helps the Ioniq 5 EV to ride up to 631 km max distance with a full charge. Just to recap, the Ioniq 5’s facelift model which has been launched this month itself houses a slightly bigger 84 kWh battery pack.
