ICC is ready to host its mega cricket tournament this year, i.e., Men’s Cricket World Cup. This year, the massive cricket world cup tournament will begin on October 5 and will continue till November 19, 2023. The ICCI men’s cricket world cup 2023 as mentioned above starts October 5, 2023 till November 19, 2023. BCCI will start selling the tickets for the matches starting September 8, 2023 in the country. Notably, BCCI via an official press release has revealed that it will be selling around 400,000 tickets for the 2023 Men’s cricket world cup match.
The press release shared by BCCI further reveals that the upcoming cricket world cup match’s tickets will be sold on the aforementioned dates starting at 8.00 pm in the evening. Besides, ICC Men’s Cricket World cup is a fairly popular cricket tournament in India and the global regions. Therefore, the tickets are expected to be sold out like hotcakes soon after the availability. It would rather make sense for the interested fans to be quick with the ticket purchase. BCCI has clarified that a prior notification will be sent to the fans for the World Cup 2023 ticket purchase.
As for the timeline, the ICC Men 2023 World Cup cricket tournament’s first match will be held in Ahmedabad on October 5. England and New Zealand will have a face-off on the first day of the international cricket tournament. The remaining matches will be contested on nine different states in India. The matches will be held in some of the prominent locations such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh), Hyderabad, Lucknow, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Pune.
