Multiple brands are in process of rolling out their new offerings for the consumers. From prominent players such as Kinetic and Hero MotoCorp, startups such as Zelio and Lectrix are also set to launch new e-scooter models this year in the country. New Kinetic Electric Scooter

Kinetic Green is expected to launch a new e-scooter which will be a modern version unlike the retro-style Luna e-moped. The unknown Kinetic electric scooter has been spied on multiple occasions with heavy camouflage. Design language leaked via the test mule sightings of the mystery Kinetic electric scooter has revealed 12-inch black alloy wheels, LED headlamp mounted at the lower half of its front panel and drum brake module at the rear.

The new Kinetic electric scooter’s test mule was spotted with a TFT screen which the rumor mill indicates will get Bluetooth compatibility. Kinetic has not spilled any beans yet that could confirm its upcoming e-scooters availability in the country. But multiple test mule spotting indicate a due launch likely by the end of 2024.

Hero Vida Budget E-Scooter Model

Hero MotoCorp is also planning its next big launch in the Indian market. And this time, the brand is planning to bring an affordable E2W for the masses. The company is extending its presence across the budget segment with the upcoming model whose confirmation comes directly from the Executive Chairman, Pawan Munjal.

Not much details are currently known except for its lower price range. It shouldn’t be long before we get to see the test mule of the new Hero Vida e-scooter making test runs on the street. When that happens, we might get some more clues on the features and design.

Zelio High-Speed E-Scooter

A while ago, Zelio teased a new high-speed electric scooter for the Indian market. The brand refrained from revealing its moniker but shared some of the key details including the top speed of 70 kmph. In addition, the upcoming Zelio E-Scooter is expected to carry a strategic pricing to stand the stiff competition in the E2W segment. Furthermore, the Zelio high-speed electric scooter is said to come with up to 180 kg load bearing capacity and could run up to 100 km range on a full charge.

New Lectrix E-Scooter

Lectrix is also planning to expand its portfolio with a new electric scooter in India. A test mule of the upcoming Lectrix e-scooter was spotted recently with a sporty style language. Currently, the name of the upcoming Lectrix electric scooter is not known. The same is the case with its powertrain and feature list. As for the test mule, it has been spotted with a sharp front apron and round led headlamp along with split grab rails at the rear.
