Mahindra has been in the headlines for its upcoming range of new electric cars including Thar. Meanwhile, the brand has launched a new electric three-wheeler rickshaw in the country called e-Alfa Super. the latest EV three-wheeler from Mahindra has been launched as modern solution for the Indian public transport where three-wheelers have been an integral part since long. The latest Mahindra e-Alfa Super electric scooter comes with several notable features and upgrades. For reference, Mahindra also had introduced a standard e-Alfa model in the country previously. The latest electric three-wheeler manufacturing is handled by Mahindra Last Mile Mobility. According to Mahindra, the e-Alfa Super electric rickshaw offers an improved and durable build quality compared to the standard e-Alfa electric rickshaw variant.
Mahindra further claims the e-Alfa Super electric three-wheeler rickshaw is equipped with superior quality of comfort as well as safety features that will enhance the commute experience. Speaking of the powertrain and features, the Mahindra e-Alfa electric rickshaw is packed with an electric motor. The 1.64kW electric motor inside the new electric rickshaw can produce a peak torque of 22Nm. This is ample power to pull heavy loads smoothly.
The Mahindra e-Alfa Super gets its power from an integrated 140Ah lead-acid battery pack. This new e-Alfa electric scooter is capable of delivering around 95 km range with each charge cycle. The powerful powertrain of the e-Alfa three-wheeler electric scooter will allow it to double up as a cargo vehicle if required.
Besides, it is designed as a modern transport solution where it can not only ferry passengers but also cargo loads daily. Mahindra will ship the new e-Alfa three wheeler rickshaw with an 18A charger. However, the company hasn’t shared any details on the charging speeds of the battery yet.

Mahindra e-Alfa Super Electric Rickshaw Price In India, Where To Buy?
The Mahindra e-Alfa Super electric scooter has been launched at Rs. 1.61 lakh in India. Notably, the availability of the e-scooter will depend the approval from the state governments in the country. It is also worth noting that Mahindra has announced a 12-month warranty on the e-Alfa Super’s charger.
