Matter Energy is set to officially launch India’s first geared electric motorcycle called the Matter Aera. The company has already confirmed the pre-registration date for the Aera which begins May 17, 2023. Matter Energy will be taking the Area geared electric motorcycle’s pre-bookings via Flipkart in India along its official India website. Now, right ahead of its India availability, the pre-booking offers on the Matter Aera geared electric motorcycle have also been announced. Read the details below:
Matter Aera Geared Electric Motorcycle Pre-Booking Deals And Offers
The Matter Aera geared electric motorcycle pricing details are already out ahead of the pre-registration. The country’s first geared electric motorcycle will be available for purchase starting at Rs. 1.44 lakh (Matter Aera 5000). The Matter Aera 5000+ model’s price in India is set at Rs. 1.54 lakh (ex-showroom).
Interested buyers can visit matter.in or the e-commerce giant Flipkart to pre-book the Aera 5000 and the Aera 5000+ geared electric bike. The booking amount one needs to pay to pre-book the Matter Aera 5000 and 5000+ is Rs. 1,999 and get a special discount of Rs. 5,000. This will be valid on the first 9,999 pre-bookings.
Matter Energy has also announced a special benefit of Rs. 2,500 for the next remaining 20,000 pre-bookings (starting from 10,000 to 29,999). For this, the booking amount will be increased to Rs. 2,999. After the aforementioned bookings are completed, buyers can get special discount deals by paring a pre-booking token amount of R. 3,999. Notably, the token amount is refundable is any customer wishes to cancel the bookings. Also, only two Matter Aera electric motorcycles can be pre-booked using the same phone number.

The Matter Aera geared EV bike is the first-of-its-kind to offer a 4-speed hyper-shift gear and a liquid-cooled powertrain and battery. This geared electric motorcycle can accelerate from zero to 60 kmph in less than 6 seconds. The electric motorcycle gets a 5kWh battery pack that can deliver up to 125 km range with a single charge.
Matter Aera is India’s first geared EV bike with 4 speed hyper-shift gears that can reach 0 to 60 kmph in under 6 seconds. Moreover, it offers a super-saving mileage of 25 paise per km. The bike has a liquid-cooled powertrain and battery, which aids in heat management and prevents overheating, enhancing the performance and durability of both the powertrain and the battery. It includes a 5-amp onboard charging mechanism that can be used with any 5-amp plug in India and has a range of 125 km on a single charge.
