According to Threads’ privacy policy, you can deactivate your Threads profile at any time, but deleting it requires the deletion of your entire Instagram account. However, the policy does allow for the deactivation of your Threads account without affecting your Instagram account. Step 1: Launch the Threads app and click on the profile icon located in the bottom right corner.
