HMD Global has been strengthening its portfolio in the Android mobile space with the launch of new Nokia-labelled smartphones. The company has launched multiple new Nokia phones in India and other global markets in the last few years. This year as well, several Nokia smartphones have already debuted in the country catering to different sets of audiences. Now, another Nokia handset has cleared its certification from FCC in the US. Called the Nokia Style+, the upcoming mid-range phone’s online certification hints at the arrival details along with some of the key specifications.
Nokia Style+ Gets Certified Yet Again; When Is It Launching?
The Nokia Style+ has now bagged its certification via FCC in the US. The upcoming mid-range Nokia phone has cleared its certification with the TA-1448 model number. This isn’t the first time the Nokia Style+ has been spotted online. It earlier cleared its certification from China’s CQC (China Quality Certification) bearing the same model number. Also, the device previously made sightings at the Wi-Fi Alliance mobile authentication portal with the TA-1448 model number.
Now moving on to the details shared by the FCC database, the Nokia Style+ will be backed with modern-day features including a 5G network support. The listing suggests the upcoming Nokia phone will feature support for multiple 5G NR bands. The certification website also shares the dimension details of the upcoming Nokia phone. The Style+ will have 76.4mm width and 166.1mm height.
Moreover, the Nokia Style+ FCC database also gives insight into the camera hardware. As per the certification website, the upcoming Nokia phone will have three cameras at the rear panel placed in a vertical array. The device will feature a 48MP main camera which will be combined with an ultrawide angle lens measuring 5MP. There Nokia Style+ will also feature an additional 2MP sensor for depth mapping.
The Nokia Style+ FCC certification website listing further hints at a 16MP camera for selfies and video calling. This selfie snapper will be tucked inside a punch-hole camera cutout at the front. The upcoming Nokia phone will also feature an LCD screen. However, the display size, screen resolution, and refresh rate are not revealed just yet. Lastly, the FCC database suggests the Nokia Style++ will feature a 4,900 mAh battery unit which will likely have fast charging support. However, this detail is not revealed by the FCC database just yet.
