Ola Electric has officially launched its first-ever e-motorcycle series, the Roadster. This marks the company’s crucial step forward in electric mobility. Built on the Gen 3 platform, the Roadster series includes three models: the Roadster Pro, the Roadster, and the Roadster X. Alongside these launches, Ola also made key announcements about their advancements in battery production, software updates, and the operations of their Gigafactory. Notably, the introduction of MoveOS 5 and new AI-based features for Ola vehicles are set to improve the user experience.

Bharat 4,680 Cell: Ola Electric also unveiled the ‘Bharat’ battery cell. This is a 4,680 cell boasting five times more energy density and faster charging. This innovation aligns with India’s push for local manufacturing.

MoveOS 5: Ola Electric also teased MoveOS 5. It is the latest software update that features Group Navigation, Live Location Sharing, and Road Trip Mode powered by Ola Maps. It also includes performance-enhancing features like Smart Charging and TPMS alerts. The beta will be available via OTA update by Diwali.
