OnePlus has finally announced the launch of a new smartphone in its home market, China. The OnePlus 9RT is an upgraded variant of the OnePlus 9R smartphone that comes with triple cameras and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
The smartphone has been launched in China and is likely to be available in India soon. So, let’s find out the details about the OnePlus 9RT smartphone.
OnePlus 9RT Specifications And Features
The OnePlus 9RT 5G looks similar to its predecessor the OnePlus 9R 5G as there is no physical fingerprint sensor. The company is providing fingerprint sensor in display only. The smartphone flaunts a 6.62-inch E4 OLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, 600Hz touch response, and 1300nits peak brightness.
The newly launched device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. On the Optics front, the phone comes, the OnePlus 9RT device supports a triple camera setup, including a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor.
For the unaware, the same camera sensor is already available on the OnePlus 9 and the Nord 2. Also, the primary sensor comes with an f/1.8 lens, which has optical image stabilisation (OIS).
The device has few connectivity options, such as, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, and a USB Type-C port. It has sensors like an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
In addition, the device supports dual stereo speakers along with a Dolby Atmos. The phone has a 4,500 mAh battery and 65T Warp Charge fast charging.
OnePlus 9RT Price Details
It is important to note that the OnePlus 9RT is only available in China. It is priced at CNY 3,299, which is close to Rs. 38,600 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB variant and CNY 3,499, which is close to Rs. 40,900 for the 8GB + 256GB model.
On the other hand, the high-end 12GB + 256GB variant will cost CNY 3,799 that is close to Rs. 44,400. The device will go on sale from October 19th, 2021.
The company does not announce the launch date for the Indian market. However, we still expect that the device will be available with the same specifications and features in the country.
OnePlus Buds Z2 Specifications
Apart from the smartphone launch, the company has launched the Buds Z2 TWS. The Buds Z2 comes with Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity that can deliver a latency rate of up to 94 milliseconds. It also has ANC support that can reduce noise up to 40db.
Also, the TWS is IP55-certified and comes with touch controls, including a transparency mode. Furthermore, the OnePlus Buds Z2 will cost CNY 499 that is close to Rs. 5,800. However, the earbuds are available in China from October 19th, 2021.
