OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G globally last month. The smartphone is now expected to go official in India soon. However, the company has yet to reveal the exact launch date. The device will be an addition to the OnePlus’ affordable ‘Nord’ lineup. It will be the successor of the OnePlus Nord 2 which was released in India last year.
According to tipster Paras Guglani, the OnePlus Nord 2T will launch in India in June 2022. He also mentioned that the device will be available on Amazon. Check out what the upcoming device has to offer:
OnePlus Nord 2T Price In India
In May 2022, the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G was released in multiple countries at EUR 399 (about Rs. 33,400) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. Its 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at EUR 499 (roughly Rs. 41,600). The smartphone is available in two colors: Grey Shadow and Jade Fog.
OnePlus Nord 2T Specifications
The OnePlus Nord 2T flaunts a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel. The display has a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for a selfie shooter. The MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset powers the device. It has 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM. The phone comes with the OxygenOS 12 custom skin which is based on Android 12.
As for the cameras, the smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera setup. It has a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies, the phone includes a 32MP front shooter.
The Nord 2T is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC charging. Some of the other key features that the phone offers globally are a USB Type-C port, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Beidou, NFC, Galileo, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
OnePlus Nord 2T Launch Date
Citing industry sources, tipster Paras Guglani tweeted that the OnePlus Nord 2T will be released in India later this month. The price of the smartphone in the country will be under Rs. 30,000 and the device is said to be available on the e-commerce portal Amazon.
