OnePlus Pad Go Tablet Gets Certified Ahead Of India Launch
OnePlus is set to bring its new Android tablet model in the Indian market. The latest device from the company has been spotted by a tipster called @1NormalUsername. The post shared on OnePlus forum later got removed. According to the tipster, the upcoming OnePlus Pad tablet bears OPD2304 model number.
Separately, the BIS (Bureau Of Indian Standards) listing of the same OnePlus tablet has surfaced online which confirms an imminent launch in the Indian market. The OnePlus Pad listing of the BIS mentions the same model number, i.e., OPD2304. As of now, only the model number of the new OnePlus tablet is confirmed as of now and the upcoming India launch.
OnePlus Pad Go Expected Specifications
As mentioned above, currently the OnePlus Pad Go tablet’s arrival details only have emerged online. The spec-sheet is yet to be revealed. The online reports do suggest it will be an affordable OnePlus Android tablet. We can expect the new model to be packed with slightly downgraded hardware compared to the existing high-end OnePlus Pad tablet.
It would be interesting to see if OnePlus sticks to MediaTek this time as well for performance delivery similar to the first-gen flagship model. The common features would include the IPS LCD panel and Android 13 OS firmware.
The display size could also vary and the new model could feature a slightly smaller screen size unlike the premium variant. The camera hardware could also be trimmed down and we could see a standard 8MP rear camera module. Do note this is speculative information and hence should be taken as a grain of salt.
