Philips has launched a new smart TV model in China called the PUF8297. The TV comes in four display sizes: 55 inches, 65 inches, 70 inches and 75 inches and is already up for pre-orders in China. The pricing starts at 2799 yuan (Rs. 32,000) but those who pre-order the smart TV can get a discount of between 100 yuan to 300 yuan.

The Philips PUF8297 Smart TV has a high-definition display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a quad-core processor and runs on the Android TV operating system, providing access to a wide range of apps and streaming services, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ Hotstar.
The TV also features Philips’ patented Ambilight technology, which emits a soft glow behind the TV that matches the colour of the on-screen content. In addition, it is also equipped with a smart light sensor, which supports smart light-sensing eye protection mode, which can sense changes in indoor ambient light and automatically adjust the screen brightness.
