Tencent has confirmed that 48 teams from around the globe will battle it out in this year’s championship. The lineup includes 10 teams from South East Asia (SEA), 8 from Central and South Asia (CSA), 9 from EMEA, 6 from America, and 14 invited teams from regions like China, Korea, and Japan. Additionally, one team will join from the PUBG Mobile World Cup match.

PUBG Mobile World Cup 2024: What’s New

Tencent has also announced the PUBG Mobile World Cup, set to take place in Riyad. This marks the second PMWC of the year, with the tournament scheduled for summer, around July. Over the course of 8 days, 24 pro-level teams will compete, striving to advance through the survival and main stages.

PUBG Mobile Super League and Peacekeeper Elite

Regional tournaments like the PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL) play a crucial role in determining participants for the Global Championship. China’s Peacekeeper Elite PUBG tournament serves as a platform for selecting Chinese representatives. Invitations will also be extended to top clubs from around the world.
