Land Rover is all set to launch the Range Rover SUV in an all-electric avatar. The official confirmation for Range Rover electric’s India launch was teased recently and it seems that this e-SUV has more potential buyers in line than expected. Range Rover Electric SUV Waiting List Details
Land Rover started an order book for the Range Rover EV back in December last year. As per the brand, it already has garnered over 16,000 potential buyers. The list has interested consumers from different regions of the globe and not just India. Notably, the order book shouldn’t be confused with the pre-bookings as Land Rover is yet to begin with the same.
But the count of over 16,000 interested buyers for the Range Rover EV within just two months span clearly indicates the popularity of this high-end e-SUV even before its launch. At least, that’s what the brand is boasting by sharing the figures of interested and potential buyers of its upcoming electric SUV.
As for the pre-registration timeline, there is currently no disclosure on the same from the company. But with its approaching launch, we can expect some information to surface soon. The same goes for the launch date. We are expecting the Range Rover’s arrival date to be revealed in the coming months.

Range Rover Electric SUV: Design And Powertrain
Not a major design overhaul will be given to the Range Rover electric version. We are likely to witness the same aggressive and bold as the ICE variant. It will be built on the same platform as the Range Rover ICE model and is claimed to be silent yet refined with performance.
Some reports also hints the presence of an 800V architecture which will enable fast charging. We are currently unaware of the powertrain that the Range Rover EV will offer. But certainly we can expect a long riding range with one full charge.
But it remains interesting to see how powerful this upcoming luxury electric SUV will be in terms of overall performance. Nevertheless, we can also expect the Range Rover electric SUV to be loaded with advanced tech and features which will allow an unmatched experience for both driver and the passengers.
