Realme has the most number of 5G smartphones on sale in the country in the mass-market segment. The company recently launched the new Realme Narzo 30 5G in India and it is Realme’s fourth 5G smartphone under Rs 20,000. Now, in this article, we have shared the Pros and Cons of the new Realme Narzo 30 5G.

PROS

Design and Colour Shades – The Realme Narzo 30 5G has a unique design theme. It gets a plastic panel at the rear along with a pattern of arrows pointing downwards and Narzo embossed at the bottom half. The Realme Narzo 30 5G is available in two stunning colour shades. They are Racing Blue and Racing Silver.

Powerful Processor with 5G Support – The Realme Narzo 30 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset which is coupled with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. This is a very good processor for mid-range smartphones and it supports 5G mobile networks too.

Good 90 Hz Display – The Realme Narzo 30 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90 Hz high refresh rate system. Also, the display panel has a pixel density of 405 PPI and a maximum brightness level of 600 nits.

Big Battery – The new Realme Narzo 30 5G gets a massive 5000mAh battery which is more than enough to last more than 24 hours in most cases.

Price – Finally, talking about the price, so the new Realme Narzo 30 5G is available in a single variant with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of Internal Storage. It is currently priced at Rs 15,999.

CONS

Cameras – The Realme Narzo 30 5G sports triple cameras at the rear. The primary sensor is a 48 MP unit that is accompanied by a 2 MP monochrome sensor and a 2 MP macro shooter. At the front, it gets a 16 MP camera for selfies and videos. Considering the price, the cameras of this device are average at best.

Slow Charger – The Realme Narzo 30 5G gets a massive 5000mAh battery which is great. However, it gets a 18W fast charger only which isn’t very fast.

Too Much Similarity with the Realme 8 5G – The Realme Narzo 30 5G and the Realme 8 5G are evenly matched in each and every department, save for the design and storage options. We even recently did a spec-comparison of these smartphones and too much similarity means it doesn’t have any major USP.

4G Rivals Offer Better Value – The Realme Narzo 30 is a 5G smartphone but since 5G mobile networks are still not available in India and so 4G device still makes sense. And in that case, there are several 4G rivals of the new Realme Narzo 30 5G which offer much better value for your money.
