Xiaomi has announced the launch of a new variant of its Redmi Note 10S smartphone in India. The newly launched device comes with improved in-house storage and RAM. Besides, the new variant will go on sale on December 3rd, 2021.

The new variant of the Redmi Note 10S comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display along with 1100nits peak brightness, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 1080 × 2400 pixel resolution. The display also has a punch-hole notch, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Besides, the display comes with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 SoC.The device runs on Android 11 OS and has a quad-camera set up at the back. Also, the smartphone comes with a 64MP sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. However, for selfies and video calls, it has a 13MP front camera shooter.
The Redmi Note 10S also has a 5,000 mAh battery along with a 33W fast charging, USB Type-C charging port, fingerprint scanner, micro-SD card slot, 3.5mm audio port, stereo speaker setup, Hi-res audio, IP53 water-resistant rating.
On the connectivity front, the device includes 4G, VoLTE, Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS, and Bluetooth. The device measures 160.46×74.5×8.3 mm and weighs 178g. The device comes in three colour options; Deep Sea Blue, Frost White, Cosmic Purple, and Shadow Black.

The 8GB+ 12GB variant will cost you Rs. 18,499 and it will be available on Friday (December 3rd, 2021). The device will be available on Amazon, mi.com, and Mi Home stores in the country.
In addition, the company is providing a discount of Rs. 1,000 to ICICI Credit cardholders, which means that the device will cost them Rs. 17,499. For the unaware, the 6GB+64GB variant of the device will cost you Rs. 14,999, whereas 6GB+ 128GB variant will cost you Rs. 16, 499.
