Royal Enfield Flying Flea Electric Motorcycle: India Launch Date
Royal Enfield has confirmed its upcoming electric motorcycle for the Indian market. The first all-electric Royal Enfield motorcycle is likely to carry the Flying Flea badging as per the latest teaser. The poster image of the new RE e-motorcycle shows the bike being dropped using a parachute.
This is a unique advertisement approach which reminds how Royal Enfield motorcycles were transported to battlefields during WWII. The Flying Flea model was primarily in use in the battlefield which makes us believe the teased model could carry the same badging.
Royal Enfield has marked the calendars for November 4, 2024 for the unveiling of its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea. But it is yet to be confirmed that the upcoming electric motorcycle will just be showcased officially or will be launched on the aforementioned date.

Royal Enfield Electric Motorcycle: Expected Powertrain
The Royal Enfield electric motorcycle (Flying Flea) is said to be built on the “L” platform. According to the previous rumors, the RE e-motorcycle’s electric motor could produce up to 16 kW of peak power and churn out around 9 kW of continuous power. It could use a 60- 120v battery architecture as per the rumors. However, its riding range would be difficult to guess at this point.
