Samsung is hosting a special Awesome event where the brand is launching a bunch of Galaxy A series smartphones. The Galaxy A33 is one of the handsets which is expected to be announced during the event. A new leak by noted tipster Evan Blass has revealed this upcoming handset’s renders, while another leak has shared details related to the key features.
Samsung Galaxy A33 First Look And Key Features
The Samsung Galaxy A33 leaked renders show three color options including black, golden, and ice blue. The front panel of the handset is seen with narrow bezels all around. The back panel has a single-tone finish with a big vertical camera module that is seen housing four sensors and an LED flash.
The leaked render images show the volume keys along with the power key on the right panel. There isn’t a direct sight of the physical fingerprint scanner. This is an indication of the presence of an in-display fingerprint scanner. The USB Type-C port and the 3.5mm headphone jack aren’t visible either as well. But we might get to see the usual bottom panel placement.
Samsung Galaxy A33 Rumored Features
The Samsung Galaxy A33 key features have been leaked by Appuals publication. As per the leak, the next Galaxy A series phone will be powered by an in-house Exynos processor. The chipset used would be the Exynos 1280 processor. Just for reference, the company hasn’t launched this chipset and the Galaxy A33 could be the first phone to feature this SoC.
The Galaxy A33’s camera setup will include a 48MP main sensor along with an 8MP ultrawide sensor that has 120-degree FoV and a 5MP macro sensor. The device will also have a 2MP portrait sensor. Additionally, the handset will feature a 13MP selfie sensor which will be packed inside a 6.4-inch display.
The panel packed will be OLED which will support 1080p FHD+ screen resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy A33 will also have IP67 certification which will make it dust and water-resistant. The battery capacity tipped is 5,000 mAh which will probably support fast charging speed.
