Processor, Memory: Drawing parallels with the Galaxy A15, the Galaxy M15’s 4G variant is rumored to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, while the 5G variant might boast the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC. Memory configurations are speculated to align with the Galaxy A15, offering options of 4/6/8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage.
Display: The Galaxy M15 is expected to have a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen, featuring an Infinity U notch, FHD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 800nits. It is expected to run on Android 14-based One UI 6.
