The Galaxy Tab A8 packs a 10.5-inch display. Samsung has used a standard TFT panel that has a screen-to-body ratio of 80 percent and an aspect ratio of 16:10. The Samsung tablet supports 1200 x 1920 pixels screen resolution and has a 269 PPI pixel density. Large screen size and high screen resolution make it good for video playback.
Lenovo, on the other hand, has packed an 11-inch display on the Tab P11. The Lenovo tablet’s display is better compared to the Samsung tablet. The Lenovo Tab P11 features an LCD panel that has a larger screen-to-body ratio of 81.8 percent and 1200 x 2000 pixels screen resolution. The viewing experience is slightly better on the Lenovo Tab P11 than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8.

For power delivery, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 uses the Unisoc Tiger T618 processor. This is an octa-core chipset that is designed on a 12nm fabrication process and has Mali G52 MP2 GPU to render graphics. The Lenovo Tab P11 gets more powerful here with the Qualcomm SM611 processor. Just for reference, this chipset is marketed as the Snapdragon 662 chipset. This octa-core Qualcomm chipset is built on an 11nm process and has Adreno 610 GPU support.
The Lenovo Tab P11 will deliver better on performance delivery with its mid-tier Qualcomm chipset. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 Lite is available with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration, while the Lenovo Tab P11 also has up to 4GB RAM and configuration. In terms of firmware, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 runs in an Android 11-based OneUI interface. The Lenovo Tab P11 runs on the dated Android 10 OS. This is the only drawback you will find on the Lenovo Tab P22 compared to the Galaxy Tab A8.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 Vs Lenovo Tab P11: Camera Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8’s imaging setup is launched with single rear and front camera module. The back panel has an 8MP sensor with autofocus and a 5MP selfie snapper. The Galaxy Tab A8 supports 1080@30fps video recording. On the other hand, the Lenovo Tab P22 also has a single rear camera but a larger 13MP main camera. The Lenovo tablet is also capable of recording 1080p@30fps videos. The selfie snapper is also bigger on the Lenovo tablet. The Lenovo Tab P11 uses an 8MP camera for selfies and video calling.
